Moving forward, the 5th WWM International Conference and Expo was launched in India by collaborating with KIIT Deemed University, an Institute of Eminence in India during Feb 22-24, 2023, at Bhubaneshwar, India. Deliberations of the conference focused mainly on Water Resources Management, Water Treatment and Quality, Solid Waste Management, Water reuse and circular economy, Innovation and business opportunities, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).
Thus, WWM (I) International envisions and facilitates global platform for knowledge sharing and networking. WWM (I) enables exchange of knowledge on innovations and technological advancement that are vital for attaining the agenda for Good Health and Wellbeing (SDG-3), Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG-6), Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG-11), Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG-12), Climate Action (SDG-13) and Partnerships for the Goals (SDG-17). Thus, outcomes of the conference are intended to contribute to the vision of WWM - 2022 for promoting science, technology, and policy-based solutions for sustainable management of water and solid waste.
