WWM believes that academic entrepreneurship research collaboration is very important for providing solutions to address research gaps in water and waste management sector. in this context, WWM believes that industry and university collaboration is vital for advancing knowledge focused products and processes. Hence, we integrate the innovations in water and waste management through academic, research and industry collaborations to foster the innovation and entrepreneurship. In this pursuit, WWM is associated with Research Institutes, Training Centres, Universities, Government Departments for disseminating knowledge through workshops, Seminars/ Webinars, Invited Talks, International Conferences and Delegation Visits etc.
WWM has been associated with institutes such as Environment Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI), Government of Telangana, National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Government of India, Osmania University and Affiliated Colleges and Engineering Colleges under Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. As a part of capacity building, Training and Conference Activities, WWM involved about 5000 to 10,000 students from these institutions as well school children. WWM has been organizing pilot project demonstrations for various government functionaries, NGOs, College Students, Researchers and Academicians in Wastewater treatment technologies, bioremediation of lakes, water conservation and rainwater harvesting technologies. WWM facilitated about 500 collaborative activities and industry group interactions for exchanging knowledge in allied areas of water and waste management sector. Moving forward, as a part of the academic and research collaboration, WWM is in the process of launching short term training, entrepreneurship and innovation management programs, industry interaction sessions and capacity building for various government functionaries including policy makers.
